Glimpse of our Process:

Daily we attempt 200-250 new potential candidates per recruiter. Out of these attempts each recruiter speaks to 25-35 candidates on the phone. About every 100 candidates that each recruiter speaks to on the phone there are roughly 2% that are actively looking and ready to make a move in the next 90-120 days.
Our methods of contacting potential candidates is emailing, texting and cold calls. Summit Placement Service runs advertisements, does bi-weekly emailers to over 10,000 candidates we have in our database.
The first thing that we do before we begin a search is we have our marketing research department put together a list of potential candidates for our recruiters to start contacting.
We begin the search by contacting the potential candidates in your state, then we move out to the contiguous states and so on until we find you your candidate.
It is the focus, presentation and connection that get people interested in your opportunity. We have an uncanny ability to source the right candidates. You could say ‘the harder we work the luckier we get’.
