Need board certified PM&R physician
• Half Time Compensation range is $130,000 to $145,000 (based on experience)
• Quality bonus potential on top of the above
• Production bonus potential on top of the above
• Professional funds allowance ($3,000) and three days of paid time off for CME
(in addition to regular paid time off)

• Sign on bonus of $17,500
• Relocation reimbursement of up to $5,000 based on allowable receipts provided
