Remote Mammography opportunity – JDD146
100% Remote Mammography.
Opportunity to read other modalities if you want.
Shift begins 8 am to 5 pm CST give or take an hour.
Monday through Friday and one weekend per month.
12 weeks off.
Screening and diagnostic.
Base plus quarterly bonus’s = $600,000 annually.
Health insurance, Malpractice.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret and analyze digital mammography images for screening and diagnostic purposes.
Identify and diagnose breast abnormalities, including benign and malignant conditions.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of diagnostic reports.
Maintain high standards of image quality and diagnostic accuracy.
Participate in regular quality control activities and peer review processes.
Stay current with advancements in mammographic imaging techniques and technologies.
Provide virtual consultations with patients to discuss diagnostic findings and answer questions.
Communicate effectively with referring physicians regarding patient results and recommended follow-up.
Ensure patient privacy and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Work closely with technologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Qualifications:
Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
Certification: Board certification in Radiology with subspecialty certification in Breast Imaging or Mammography.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience interpreting mammography images.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using digital imaging software, PACS systems, and telehealth technologies.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
