Remote Radiology opportunity – Day shift – F205

Need: General Radiologist
Reading PET a plus
Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (CST)
Weekends optional
12 weeks vacation
100 to 125 cases per shift (70-80 RVU’s)
$600,000 -negotiable

This role offers the flexibility of working from home while collaborating with a team of experienced radiologists and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in interpreting a wide range of imaging modalities and must be comfortable using teleradiology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and report on diagnostic imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, and ultrasound, as required.
Ensure timely and accurate reading of imaging studies to support referring physicians.
Collaborate with technologists, referring providers, and other radiologists to ensure quality patient care.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Utilize PACS and voice recognition software for efficient workflow.
Participate in quality assurance programs and case reviews as needed.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
Board Certification in Radiology (ABR or AOBR).
Strong proficiency in interpreting a variety of imaging modalities.
Experience with teleradiology systems, PACS, and voice recognition software.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
