• 34 weeks/year: Day shifts, Monday–Friday

• 6 weeks/year: Evenings, 4:00 PM–11:00 PM

• 2 weekend days/month
  💵 Compensation: $600,000 first-year salary; 70 RVUs/month included, then $37 per RVU over 70
