Remote Radiology Opportunity 700K

We are currently recruiting for a General Radiologist to join a growing private practice group in a fully remote capacity. This position is designed for radiologists who want to combine high earning potential with lifestyle flexibility while working from the comfort of home.

Position Highlights

Compensation: Starting at $700,000+ in the first year, with additional opportunities for incentive pay.
Vacation: Generous 12 weeks of paid vacation annually, providing exceptional work-life balance.
Schedule: Standard 8-hour shifts, structured to promote consistent workflow and manageable case volumes.
Weekend Requirement: Only two weekend days per month are required, offering flexibility and predictability.

Productivity & Incentives

Baseline Workload: Average of 64 RVUs per shift.
Daytime Incentive: Earn $40 per RVU for all work above 64 RVUs during day shifts.
Evening Incentive: Earn $50 per RVU for all work above 64 RVUs during evening shifts.
This model rewards productivity without creating unrealistic daily expectations, giving radiologists the option to increase their earnings in a fair and transparent structure.
