Experienced Hire (partner-track):
•$500k base compensation with 10 weeks’ vacation. 
•Incentive compensation based on production levels. 
•Sign-on bonus negotiated (similar to above). 
•For 3+ years post-fellowship experience in private practice. 
•On-site 2 year partnership track
New Fellowship Graduate (partner-track): 
•$425k Year 1 with 8 weeks’ vacation. 
•$475k Year 2 with 10 weeks’ vacation. 
•$25k Sign-On (can be given as fellowship stipend monthly if still a year out). 
•2 year partner track.

     Key Responsibilities:
Diagnostic Imaging: Utilize various imaging modalities such as X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine to diagnose and treat diseases and injuries. Interpret and analyze imaging results to provide accurate diagnoses.
Patient Care: Interact with patients, explain procedures, and address their concerns. Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures. Empathetic communication is essential to alleviate patient anxiety.
     Collaboration: Work closely with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals to understand patient histories and coordinate imaging procedures. Provide consultation and guidance to referring physicians regarding appropriate imaging techniques and interpretations.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of imaging equipment. Stay updated with the latest advancements in radiology and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Maintain accurate records and reports of procedures and results.
     Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with radiologic technologists, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient care. Foster a positive and respectful work environment.

Qualifications:
Medical Degree from an accredited medical school. 
Completion of a residency program in radiology. 
Board certification or eligibility in radiology. 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
