A well-established and highly regarded private orthopedic practice in Arizona is seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Total Joint / Reconstructive Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in hip and knee to join its growing team. Position Overview:
- Focus on adult hip and knee reconstruction, including both primary and revision arthroplasty
- Opportunity to build a high-volume elective joint practice with strong referral support
- Work alongside experienced orthopedic surgeons in a collegial, team-oriented environment
- Access to advanced surgical technology and support staff dedicated to joint replacement procedures
Practice Model:
- Outpatient-focused practice with an established and efficient surgical workflow
- Approximately 70% of procedures performed in the outpatient setting by current total joint surgeons
