Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated General Radiologist to join our collegial team of 15 radiologists who cover a mix of hospital-based and outpatient imaging services. This position offers a hybrid structure—with part of the work performed onsite and the remainder done remotely from home. This flexible model allows for a blend of professional collaboration and personal convenience, ideal for radiologists looking to enjoy a stable, high-quality career with autonomy and lifestyle balance.

Practice Details

  • Group Size: 15 radiologists (mix of subspecialists and generalists)

  • Setting: Combination of hospital-based and outpatient imaging centers

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday with 1:4 weekend coverage

  • Vacation: 10 weeks of paid time off annually

  • Call: Shared equitably among the group, with strong teleradiology support

  • Partnership Track: 1-year to partnership – one of the shortest and most transparent partnership pathways in the region

Compensation and Benefits

  • First-Year Compensation: $500,000 guaranteed

  • Partner Income: $700,000+ potential

Ideal Candidate

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology

  • Proficient in all general radiology modalities, including plain film, CT, MRI, and ultrasound

  • Fellowship training welcomed but not required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with referring physicians and staff

  • Comfortable working both onsite and remotely

  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
