4 procedures
Additional shifts available remote or onsite for additional income.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in breast imaging modalities, a commitment to high-quality patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and perform breast imaging studies, including mammography (2D/3D), ultrasound, and MRI.
Conduct image-guided breast procedures such as biopsies, localizations, and aspirations.
Collaborate with referring physicians, surgeons, and oncologists to develop individualized care plans.
Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and patient consultations as needed.
Maintain accurate and detailed reports within established turnaround times.
Ensure compliance with ACR (American College of Radiology) and MQSA (Mammography Quality Standards Act) guidelines.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).

Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiology. Fellowship training in Breast Imaging.

Licensure: Active and unrestricted Alabama medical license (or eligible to obtain).

Proficiency in mammography, ultrasound, and breast MRI interpretation.

Strong skills in image-guided procedures, including biopsies and wire localizations.
