7 on 7 off days
$300,00 plus bonuses first year
$25,000 signing bonus
$40,000 retention bonus
Open ICU with intensivist
Responsibilities:
- Patient Care:
- Conduct thorough assessments and examinations of hospitalized patients.
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans in collaboration with specialists and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and manage the ongoing medical needs of patients, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Clinical Decision-Making:
- Make timely and informed clinical decisions based on patient assessments, medical history, and available diagnostic information.
- Coordinate with specialists to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for patients with complex medical conditions.
- Communication:
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the broader healthcare team.
- Provide clear and concise medical documentation, including progress notes, orders, and discharge summaries.
- Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or a related specialty.
- Mississippi medical licensure and eligibility for hospital privileges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
