Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity – San Antonio TX
Need: Spanish Speaking (preferred but not required)
Average primary care physician makes $375,000 plus full benefits seeing 20 or less patients per day.
25 total days paid time off.
Schedule is Monday – Friday, no weekends or nights, no hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses.
Conduct routine check-ups, physical examinations, and screenings.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, focusing on prevention and wellness.
Coordinate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, treatment options, and preventive measures.
Engage patients in shared decision-making processes to enhance their understanding and adherence to care plans.
Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease through ongoing monitoring and adjustment of treatment plans.
Provide support and guidance to patients managing complex medical issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the EHR system.
Ensure timely documentation of patient encounters, lab results, and treatment plans.
