Compensation & Benefits
This opportunity is designed to provide experienced interventional radiologists with exceptional earning potential while maintaining a balanced schedule.
Compensation includes a competitive shift-based structure with additional procedure-based IR earnings, allowing physicians to significantly increase their income based on clinical productivity.
Experienced physicians are eligible for partner-level compensation from the beginning, with the opportunity to advance to partnership after the established two-year track.
