Outpatient – Nurse Practitioner needed in Family Practice Clinic
$125,000 first year negotiable – plus bonuses and raises annually.

Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team.
The NP will provide advanced nursing services and patient care in accordance with established protocols and under the direction of a physician.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions, promoting health education and wellness, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments and obtain medical histories of patients.
Perform physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests.
Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans for acute and chronic illnesses.
Prescribe medications and other therapies as necessary.
Provide follow-up care, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatments as needed.
Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and management of chronic conditions.
Provide counseling on lifestyle changes and preventive healthcare measures.:
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Refer patients to specialists and other healthcare providers as necessary.
Participate in case management and coordinate care for complex patient cases.
