Radiologist opportunity in Illinois

Starting  salary in $500k-550k range.
1 year to partnership.
Seeking General Radiologist with full diagnostic generalist capabilities (IR and/or mammography skills would be a plus).
Collegial group of radiologists always willing to assist each other. Great working environment.
Guaranteed starting salary of $500k with variable bonus paid for interventional call that can exceed $100k additional per year (based on number of calls and procedures performed).
Most likely would be between $50k-100k extra per year, and continues into partnership. Interventional reimbursement is same rate as partners immediately.
401k profit sharing begins after 1st year. Health and malpractice insurance provided by practice. Relocation allowance provided.
Up to 12-15 weeks of vacation with full complement of staff. All days off, weeks vacation, and diagnostic call is equal from day 1
